By subscribing to or using any of our services you agree that you have read, understood and are bound by the Terms, regardless of how you subscribe to or use the services. If you do not want to be bound by the Terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
In these Terms, references to "you", "User" shall mean the end user accessing the Website, its contents and using the Services offered through the Website "we", "us" and "our" shall mean raghulal.com.
Introduction:
raghulal.com website ("Website") is an Internet based content and e-commerce portal operated by raghulal.com, a company incorporated under the laws of India.
Use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. raghulal.com at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept a User from registering on the Website without assigning any reason thereof.
User Account, Password, and Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify raghulal.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. raghulal.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.
COD and Shipping
raghulal.com provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs.1000/- or more. Rs.70/- is charged as delivery charges if the order value is less than Rs.1000/-.
For COD, order is confirmed once our customer service representative verifies your order and shipping address. For other Offline payments, order confirmation happens once the payment is cleared.
We will inform you once the order is confirmed and when the items are shipped with an update on the approximate delivery time.
For all in stock items the delivery is within 5 to 7 business days of the order being confirmed. For certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
International delivery is not available currently. You can order items from anywhere in the world, but the shipping address has to be in India.
Cancellation by raghulal.com
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your account has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your account.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
The orders that have already been shipped out by us will not be cancelled and you will have to check our return policy on those orders. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by raghulal.com and accept raghulal.com’s decision regarding the cancellation.
Replacement Policy:
You can exchange an item purchased from us within 10 days of the receipt. Contact our customer Support @099000 65136 before proceeding with replacement of the product. After hearing the reason for replacement, our team will accept or reject the request. If accepted, you can return the product/s. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition and packaging. You have to bear the shipping and handling charges. Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
We will not accept the Replacement if returned without approval.
If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you within 5 days from the receipt at no extra charges. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Disclaimer:
"Any decision on replacement on the product/s sold by raghulal.com is at the sole discretion of raghulal.com and decision of raghulal.com shall be final and binding. raghulal.com reserves the right to withdraw from replacement policies at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature."
Privacy Policy:
The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of raghulal.com the Website. The user further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.
Limited User:
The User agrees and undertakes not to reverse engineer, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or software obtained from the Website.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Unless otherwise indicated or anything contained to the contrary or any proprietary material owned by a third party and so expressly mentioned, raghulal.com owns all Intellectual Property Rights to and into the Website, including, without limitation, any and all rights, title and interest in and to copyright, related rights, patents, utility models, trademarks, trade names, service marks, designs, know-how, trade secrets and inventions (whether patentable or not), goodwill, source code, meta tags, databases, text, content, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce or distribute any content from the Website belonging to raghulal.com without obtaining authorization from raghulal.com.

raghulal.com has endeavoured to ensure that all the information on the Website is correct, but raghulal.com neither warrants nor makes any representations regarding the quality, accuracy or completeness of any data, information, product or Service. In no event shall raghulal.com be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any other damages resulting from: (a) the use or the inability to use the Services; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of the user's transmissions or data; (c) any other matter relating to the services; including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Website or Service. Termination:
raghulal.com may suspend or terminate your use of the Website or any Service if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that you have breached any of the Terms.
If you or raghulal.com terminates your use of the Website or any Service, raghulal.com may delete any content or other materials relating to your use of the Service and raghulal.com will have no liability to you or any third party for doing so.
You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mysore.
Severability:
If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.
